不同热处理制度对LY12铝合金厚板化铣腐蚀坑的影响
Effects of Different Heat Treatments of Etch Pit Formation Due to Chemical Millng on LY12 Al Alloy Plates
【摘要】 本文研究了不同热处理制度对 LY12铝合金厚板化学铣削腐蚀坑的影响,表明这种合金化铣腐蚀坑产生的主要原因是溶质原子的偏析带,偏析带宽几十 μm。充分扩散退火能基本消除蚀坑,适当的过时效处理则可减轻蚀坑的出现.
【Abstract】 The investigation showed that the etch pits are mainly caused by the se-gregation bands of solute atoms.The width in μm of segregation band is somedozens.With high temperature annealing the formation of etch pits can bealmost eliminated,or reduced by proper over-aging.
