Fe-C-Mn三元系熔体中Mn及C的活度交互作用系数(1450℃)

【摘要】 用银浴等活度法、蒸气等活度法及碳溶解度法分别测定了 Fe-C-Mn 三元系熔体在1450℃时的等 Mn 活度数据及等C活度(aC=1)数据。计算得到 Fe-C-Mn 熔体的活度交互作用系数:εMnCCMn)=-3.7,ρMnC=-1.4,ρCMn=-2.8,ρMnMn,C=-48.2及ρCC,Mn=2.8.用等活度数据检验 Darken二次式对 Fe-C-Mn 三元系的适用性,指出 aMn-C不是常数,且不等于 aC-Mn

【Abstract】 Iso- manganese- activity data in Fe- C- Mn ternary alloys were determined with the common silver bath method and common vapor phasemethod. Iso- carbon- activity (aC = 1) data were determined with carbonsolubility method at 1450℃. The experimental data are used to esti-mate the activity interaction coefficients of manganese and carbon,and the following results are obtained εMnCCMn) =-3.7, ρMnC=-1.4, ρCMn =-2.8, ρMnMn,C=48.2 and ρCC,Mn=2.8 The applicability of Darken’s quadratic formulation is examinedwith the expeimental iso- activity data. It is found that the value ofthe parameter αMn-C varied with the activity level of manganese inFe- C- Mn ternary melt, and αMn-C is different from αC-Mn.
