【摘要】 本项工作应用不连续对流免疫电泳(DCIE)法与琼脂双扩散(AGP)法相对照,对115只1日龄雏鸡和60只4周龄雏鸡人工感染传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)后的血清沉淀抗体消长情况进行了检测。两法对比,DCIE法检出IBDV血清沉淀抗体的时间较AGP法明显提前,灵敏度高,方法简单快速。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author of this paper compared discountinuous counter-immunoelectro-phoresis(DCIE)with agar gel precipitation(AGP)to detect growth and dicline of infectious bursal disease virusspecific precipitating antibodies in sera of 115 one-day-old and 60 four-week-old chickens after infecting with infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV).Result of the DCIE showed that IBDV-specific precipitating antibodies were found in 60% chicken sera on the 4th day,100% on the 14th day and maintained to the 56th day;declined a little on the 84th day in one-day-old experimental group.In the four-week old exprimental group IBDV-specific precipitating antibodies were detected in 100% chickens on the 7th day and continued to the 56th day.DCIE method indicated to be more sensitive,simpler and more rapid than AGP.更多还原
