蓖麻蚕与樗蚕种间杂种形态学及细胞遗传学的研究(初报)

【摘要】 <正> Ⅰ前言蓖麻蚕(Attacus risini,Philosamia Cynthia ricini)属于鳞翅目)Le pidoptera天蚕蛾科(Saturniidae)绢丝虫类。原产印度。喜食蓖麻叶,木薯叶等,但以蓖麻叶为主。其茧为重要绢纺原料,也可制造丝绵等出口换取外汇,支援四化建设。

【Abstract】 1. The shape and character of the eri-silkworm, ailanthus-silkworm and their hybrids are shown in the table: From the table: their hybrids, namely, eri♀×ailanthus♂F1 or ailanthus♀×eri♂F1, the F1 phenotype all inclined the father’s characters. But ailanthus-silkworm♀×eri-silkworm♂F1 cocoon colour segregated: golden yellow cocoons 62: white cocoon 56, like 1:1. And the F1 segregated white cocoon are pure white than the erisilkworm’s cocoon. 2. This experiment used diplonema chromosome which the chromosome like long narrow piece, The homologous chromosomes paired arrangement, it is easily to distinguish, true, exact in the feature, It also suitable to observe eri-silkworm’s chromosome numbers and their sex-type. 3. At the eri-silkworm female’s diplonema cells we observed 13 ioint bivalent chromosome inequal rank and 1 haploid. And at male’s synapsis Ⅰ we observed 14 bivalent chromosome, no haploid, From these, it may determine that the chromosome numbers of eri-silkworm females are 2n=27, and the males are 2n=28. The sex-type may be ⅩⅩ-ⅩO. 4. This experiment when we used Siehuan ailanthus-silkworm females, observed 13 joint bivalent chromosome in equal rank, namely n=13, when we used Guangxi aianthus-silkworm females, observed 14 bivalent chromosome, namely n=14. From these, we may know that Chinese land have not only n=13 "original type" ailanthus-silkworms, but also have n=14 "moving type" ailanthus-silkworms. These two types of ailanthus silkworm were all originally in Chinese land, But Japanese ailanthus silkworms was possible originally by chinese n=14 ailanthus-silkworm. 5. About The morphology and genetic studies on the later generation of two species (ailanthus-silkworm, eri-silkworm)and thief hybrid will write another report.
