长春大花君子兰各部位中氨基酸的测定

【摘要】 应用日立835—50型氨基酸自动分析仪,对长春大花君子兰的不同部位进行了氨基酸成分的比较分析。结果表明:①不同部位中均含有所测定的17种氨基酸。各部位中总氨基酸含量由高至低依次为花、叶、根、内果皮、外果皮和中果皮、箭(花葶)和花柄、种子。②各部位中必需氨基酸含量由高至低依次为花、叶、内果皮、根、外果皮和中果皮、种子、箭(花葶)和花柄。③在各部位中,酸性氨基酸的含量均较碱性氨基酸的含量高。④不同部位中的各种氨基酸含量,均以天冬氨酸或谷氨酸含量最高,以半胱氨酸含量最低。

【Abstract】 The amino acid composition and contents in different parts of Changchun Clivia miniata were determined with model HITACHI 835-50 amino acid analyzer.The experimental results showed: (1) Each part of the plant contained 17 amino acids.The total content of amino acids in different parts of the plant decreased progressively in the following order, flowers,leaves, roots, endocarp and mesocarp, flower stems and stalks and seeds. (2) The content of essential amino acids in different parts of the plant decreased progressively in the following order, flowers, leaves, endocarp, roots, ectocarp and mesocarp, seeds, flower stems and stalks. ( 3 ) In each part of the plant, the content of acidic amino acids was higher than that of basic amino acids. ( 4 ) In each part of the plant , the content of aspartic acid or glutamic acid was the highest and cysteine the lowest.
