【摘要】 本实验用各种含磷酸胆碱配体的亲和吸附剂进行亲和层析,从转移癌病人胸腹水中提取C反应蛋白,再经琼脂糖柱钙依赖反向亲和层析纯化,纯度达98％,经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳鉴定为一条带,免疫化学鉴定不含免疫球蛋白和补体等杂蛋白。产量为41.9％。本方法与其它纯化方法比较,具有简便、产量较高的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 A procedure is described for isolation in high yields of highly purified preparation of human C-reactive protein (CRP) . CRP is purified by affinity chromatography on cytidine diphsopbate choline sepharose 48 (CPDC-sepbarose 48) or aminoethanol phosphate choline sepharose 46 (AEPC-sepharose 46) column followed by reversed affinity chromatography., CRP purified as above isproved to be homogeneous and free from contaminants by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and immuno-electrophoresis.The yield is about 41%.更多还原
