水对丁二烯阴离子聚合体系的影响
The Influence of Water on Anionic Polymerization System of Butadiene
【摘要】 本论文通过大量实验及理论分析,研究了微量水对丁二烯阴离子聚合过程的影响。首次证实了聚丁二烯基锂活性中心和LiOH的失活反应式;首次发现和提出了引发浓度的概念;据此解释了引发和增长过程的有关实验现象及对产物性能的影响;从而给合成工作的设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The influence of water on anionic polymerization system of butadiene is studied by lots of experiments and theoretical analysis. The deactivation formula of active species with LiOH is shown and the concept of initiation content is proposed at the first time.Herefrom the experimental phenomena of initiation and propagation processes and the influence of water content on the structure of the products are explained, thus provide a scientific basis for the design work of polymer synthesis.
