【Abstract】 The effects of lesions of paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus (PVH) on the level of blood glucose in male wistar rats were studied. After PVH had been destroyed, the level of blood glucose declined significantly andsome changes in feeding behavior-over-eating were observed. The results suggest that the changes of level of blood glucose might be part of the mechanism by which PVH regulates feeding behavior.更多还原
