【Abstract】 Twenty-six cases of iutractable premature beat in children treated with amiodarone were studied during the period of 1984 to 1986. The drug was given orally with an initial dose of 15--20(mg/kg)/d. After the control of thepremature beat, it was decreased to a maintenance dose of 3--5(mg/kg)d.The treatment was effective for all the patients and its side-effects were minimal. The drug may therefore be used as the first choice of drugs against intractable premature beat.更多还原
