【摘要】 介绍了三例眼内肿瘤,分别行巩膜瓣下巩膜板层切除眼内肿瘤术,此手术的适应症是直径小于10mm的单发孤立肿瘤,优点是可以保留眼球,有益于美容,有些病例可保存一部分视力。此外,可对手术切除的瘤组织进行组织病理学检查,明确肿瘤性质,为治疗和估计预后提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three cases of introacular tumor extirpated by subscleral lamellar cslerotidectomy are reported. The operation is applicable to solitary tumors with the diameter less than 10mm, the eyeball and the patient’s originalappearance could be retained and partial vision in some cases might be maintained. In addition, the removed tissue could be examined histopath-ologically. Thereby the basis for further treatment and prognostic evalu-ation might be provided.更多还原
