【摘要】 采用分光光度测定法监测了150例癫痫患者治疗中血苯巴比妥浓度,其中84例连续服药20天以上。实验结果表明,苯巴比妥服用量与其在血中的浓度呈正相关(r儿=0.847, P<0.01;r成=0.991,P<0.01)。但因个体差异,服用同样剂量的病人,血药物浓度不尽相同,提示癫痫治疗过程中,监测血苯巴比妥浓度是必要的,对指导调整用药剂量有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Phenobarbital concentration in blood serum was measured by means of spectrophotometry in 150 cases of epilepsy, 84 of which had taken pheno-barbital continuously for more than 20 days. The results showed that thedosage of phenobarbital had a positive correlation with its concentration in the blood. However, owing to individual differences, different patients showed different phenobarbital levels with the same amount of the drug in the reatment.
