仓储稻谷的气流阻力
Airflow Resistance of paddy in the Storage
【摘要】 将实验测出的稻谷中气流阻力数据标绘在对数坐标系上,发现其单位深度的压力损失和单位面积的气流成线性关系.直线的斜率随粮层深度的增加而减小,截距随粮层深度的增加而增加.气流穿过粮层的压力损失,随粮层深度的增加成比例增加,但是,随气流速度的增加不是成比例的.同时建立了五个近似等式,可用于储粮通风系统的设计计算.
【Abstract】 An experimental research has been conducted to obtain information on resistance of paddy to airflow. The relationship between pressure drop per unit depth and airflow per unit area is Linear for paddy when plotted on a Logarithmic scale. The slope of this Line decreases with grain depth increase. However, the intercept shows an increase with depth increase. Moreover, the effects of grain depths and airflow rates on resistance have been analyzed. The loss of air pressure across the grain is proportionate to grain depth, but disproportionate to the increase in airflow rate. These results are in general, in good agreement with those achieved by other researchers. Five approximate equations are also developed for possible application in the design of aeration system.
