丹参注射液抗炎症作用的实验研究

【摘要】 丹参注射液对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖部炎症有明显抑制作用,肿胀抑制率达51％;丹参注射液对中性粒细胞趋化性及吞噬酵母多糖时溶酶体酶的释放有明显抑制作用。

【Abstract】 71 rats, weighing 180-250 g each, were used in this investigation. The results showed that Dan-Shen Injection could inhibit carrageenin-induced rat paw edema, zymosan stimulated β-g release from PMNs and neutrophil chemotaxis.The authors suggest that inhibition of lysosomal enzyme release and chemotaxis may be involved in the antiinflammatory effect of Dan-Shen injection.
