【Abstract】 In this paper, a method for making physical maps of DNA by use of computer to analyze unlabelled partially digested DNA fragments is decribed. It has been applied to analysis of plasmid DNA pBR322 after partial digestion with restriction enzyme Taql, φ×174 RF DNA with Hpa Ⅱ and λ-DNA with EcoRI, and the order of all the fragments obtained is in agreement with those reported. Since the method is simple in operation and rapid in analysis, it will be of value in making physical maps of some DNA.更多还原
