【Abstract】 The ADCC activities of human lymphocytes sgainst poordifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line (CNE2) were studied by using a quantitative 61Cr release assay. The cytotoxicity (CT) was 36.11±12.13%in healthy donors, while it was 35.57±9.39% in NPC patients. There was no significant difference between healthy donors and NPC patients, nor between man and woman.The factors affecting the quantitative 61Cr releas assay were studied. It was shown that this assy is reproducible and practicable.
