【摘要】 为了改进和完善恙虫病血清学诊断方法,提高血清学诊断的敏感性,本文将SPRIA运用于小鼠感染血清和流行区人群血清抗体的检测,并与ELISA和IFA进行了比较。从实验结果来看,SPRIA具有能够较早地检出血清中微量抗体、阳性检出率高、滴度高,灵敏度和特异性均较好等优点,可能适用于恙虫病血清学检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the sero-diagnosis method of Rickettsial tsutsugamushi, SPRIA was applied to detect the antibodies of mice infected serum and human serum obtained from the endemic area of Scrub typhus in Hainan Island in the comparison with ELISA and IFA. The results show that SPRIA is a sensitive and specific assay, and can be used in the detection of antibody of R. tsutsuga-mushi.更多还原
