【摘要】 本文报道了自制硝酸甘油膜控释系统与对照品Transderm—Nitro的体外与在体释放性能的研究结果。数据表明,自制膜剂具有与对照品相似的控释特性,即给药后24小时内同剂量自制膜剂与对照品的家兔血药浓度分别为5.18±0.42与4.93±0.82mg/ml;人体上用药24小时后。两者的累计释放量为0.51±0.057与0.62±0.043mg/cm~2。据此,可认为自制膜剂能代替Transderm-N(?)用于心绞痛的防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparison has been made between the release properties of our products and Transderm-Nitrc. The two systems with a 20 cm~2 surface area exhibit in rabbits similar 24-hour, steady drug plasma levels of 5.18±0.42ng/ml with our products and 4.93±0.82ng/ml with Transderm-Nitro. After application of our products onto human skin for 24 hours the cumulative amount absorbed is 0.51±0.057mg/cm~2 without significant difference from the reported value of 0.62±0.043mg/cm~2 of Transderm-Nitro, According to the data obtained, our products are supposed to be able to substitute Transderm-Nitro in the treatment of agina.更多还原
