【摘要】 本文报告黑龙江省36例异常血红蛋白的化学结构分析结果。并采用氨基酸组成及氨基酸顺序分析方法,确定36例异常血红蛋白分别属于7种异常血红蛋白变异型:Hb G Coushatta,Hb GTaipei,Hb G Chinese,Hb G San J’oSe,Hb D Punjab,Hb Queens,Hb Harbin,并对黑龙江省异常血红蛋白的分布及其分析方法进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents the data of chemical structure of 14 cases of abnormal hemoglobin found iu Heilongjiang Province. The analyses included separation of globin chains, digestion of the abnormal α and β chains with TPCK-trypsin, fingerprinting, estimation of the amino acid composition and sequence analysis of abnormal peptides by the DABITC/PITC double coupling method.The results showed that these abnormal hem oglobins were of 7 variants: Hb G Coushatta(β22 Glu→Ala), Hb G Taipei(β22 Glu→Gly), Hb G San J’ose(β7 Glu→Gly),Hb D Punjab(β121Glu→Gln), Hb G Chinese(α30 Glu→Gln), Hb Queens(α34Leu→Arg) and Hb Harbin(α16 Lys→Met). Among them, Hb Harbin was reported for the first time, and Hb G San J’ose was the first case found in China.更多还原
