【摘要】 <正> 近年来的大量临床实践和实验研究证实,针刺治疗冠心病心绞痛确有较好疗效。一般取穴多以心包经和心经穴位为主(如内关、间使、通里、神门等),或以相应的俞募配穴(如心俞、巨阙、厥阴俞、膻中)再辅以其它穴位。其中亦有报道选配三阴交穴或以其作为主穴之一进行治疗。为了比较内关与三阴交在治疗本病中的作用,本文采用无创武心功能测定方法,观察针刺三阴交对冠心病心绞痛病人左心功能的影响,并与针刺内关穴作比较对照。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to go into the function of Sanyinjiaoon the treatment of coronary heart disease,the aut-hor has applied the closed cardiac function deter-mination method to observe the affection of need-ling Sanyinjiao on the left ventricle function of thepatient with coronary heart disease and to make acontrol with needling of Neiguan.The results sho-wed that needling of Neiguan had markedly impro-ved the left ventricle function for angina pectorisof coronary heart disease,however,the improvementby needling.Sanyinjiao was a little.Therefore,theauthor holds that the points are provided with rela-tive peculiarity.The author has observed 65 patientsin all.更多还原
