Inhib—ELISA与SPA—ELISA检测人及不同种属动物鼠疫FI抗体的观察

【摘要】 <正> 已报导作者所建立的 Inhib-ELISA法,用一种酶标记物可检测不同种属的 IgG,且具有敏感性好,特异性高的优点。然而以HRP-SPA 代替酶标记第二抗体用于酶联免疫吸附试验(SPA-ELISA),亦可检测多种种属的 IgG。本文对两种方法进行了对比,并对它们的应用进行了初步探讨。现将结果报告如下:

【Abstract】 The paper reports the sensitivityand specificity of Inhibition-ELISAand SpA-ELISA for detecting Yersin-a pestis F1 antibodies in patients anddifferent species of animals.327 serum samples were acquired f-rom the patients and different speciesof animals among them,37 serum samp-les were sera of experimental infectiveanimals,and 290 serum samples wereacquired from healthy persons and di-fferent species of animals.The results of tested serum sampl-es showed that the Inhibition-ELISAare more increasing positive detectingrate than those from SpA-ELISA(P<0.01).Both technic is without differenti-ation in the detected antibody titersof serum samples of plague patients a-nd infective doge,but in the examina-tion of serum samples of infective mar-mots and sheep were found that Inhibition-ELISA showed apparently more in-creasing detected antibody titers thanSpA-ELISA,or even,the titer of sen-sitvity of the former in about more th-an 60 fold higher than the latter;290serum samples of normal persons andanimals were detected in a parallel as-say by both technic,Inhibition-ELISAis not appears pseudopositive case,butthere are 3 pseudopositive case by SpAELISA.In a ward,it is shown that Inhibi-tion-ELISA has adventages over SpA-ELISA in both sensitivity and specifi-city.It is not affected for the examinat-ion of different species of animals byInhibition-ELISA,however,SpA-ELISAhas present certainly limited.InhibitionELISA are suited especially to applyfor the epidemiological investigation ofthe disease of person and animals.
