【摘要】 以阳茎侧板的形态特征为依据,于1984年10～12月检查了武汉地区尖音库蚊复组雄性外生殖器玻片标本217个,结果淡色库蚊、致倦库蚊及其中间型的总构成比分别为28.11％、43.78％及18.11％。在越冬期前,三者之间构成比变化的差别有高度显著性(X~2=-20.96,P<0.005)。12月底以后,未再发现上述雄蚊。提示它们的耐寒性不同;雄性似不能越冬。更多还原

【Abstract】 External genitals of 217 male Culex pipiens complex at Wuhan district were examined monthly from October to December 1984,based on morphologic characteristics of the phollesome lateralia.The total constituent ratio of indoor density in Cx.pipiens pollens,Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus and their intermediate form was 28.11%,43.78% and 28.11% respectively.During this period,the difference of variation of the constituent ratio among them was highly significant (x2= 20.96,P<0.005).After December,any male mosquito mentioned above couldn’t be found out.the results suggested that they had different cold tolerance and couldn’t be hibernate.更多还原
