【Abstract】 Four different types of phase 3 and 4 block present in three patients with organic heart disease were reported and analysed in the article. The differential diagnosis of the phase 4 block from the intermittent bilateral bundle branch block,the pre-excitation and the escape complexes of wide duration were also discussed. The defferent degree artioventricular block, supernormal artioventricular conduction and parasystoles could also be the manifestation of phase 4 block.更多还原
