【摘要】 本文根据江苏太湖地区的自然条件、粮食生产的历史和现状,适应建立“贸工农”型产业结构的需要,对这一地区农村产业结构调整和粮食生产发展进行了全面的分析研究,提出分三个阶段——商品粮基地转向阶段、“贸工农”型综合商品基地初建阶段、“贸工农”型综合商品基地基本形成阶段——逐步由商品粮生产基地转为“贸工农”型综合商品基地的设想。文中并对转向阶段存在或可能出现的问题、解决途径及1990年、2000年粮食产需状况作了比较详细的探讨、论证,为“全国农业发展战略”的制定提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the studies on the natural conditions, the history and the current situation of grain production in this area, the author proposes that the Tai Hu area should be changed from a commodity base area which mainly supplies grain, into a comprehensively-developed base area which produces a variety of commodity farm products for the market.The whole process of transition may be divided into the following three stages.——Stage of changing the grain-orientated production structure;——Stage of establishing a diversified economy which produces a variety of agricultural products for the market;——Stage of perfecting the comprehensively-developed base area of commodity farm products.The author explores the problems in transition and shows the ways to deal with them.Finally, the demand and the supply of grain in the area in 1990, 2000 are forecasted with the help of econometric models and the following ways of balancing are given:——import grain from other regions;——raise the per mu yield.更多还原
