【摘要】 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶园盘电泳法,对佳木斯地区汉族390例鲜族95例的血清特异成分Gc的遗传型分布情况作了调查,结果表明,两群体之间Gc的基因频率无显著差异,而表型频率鲜族组比汉族组纯合型Gc_2-2显著偏高,杂合型Gc_2-1显著偏低。本文同时还对Gc血清型在性别和ABO血型上的分布作了调查报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum Group-Specific component (Gc) types were determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in 390 Han and 95 Chaoxianzu subiects of Jiamusi area. The result indicaded there is no significant difference in the frequency of Gc genotypes between the two groups,however,the pbenotype frequency of Chaoxianzu population had significant excess of homozygotes Gc 2-2 and significant deficiency of heterozygotes Gc 2-1 as compared to Han population.In addition, the distribution of Gc types in different sexes and in ABO blood group system were investigated.更多还原
