【摘要】 <正> 在整理白禾螟属(Scirpophaga)标本时,发现一新种,现描述如下。模式标本保存在中国科学院上海昆虫研究所。 小白禾螟 Scirpophaga humilis新种 翅展21毫米。触角丝状,每小节腹面具淡黄色纤毛,毛长不超过小节横径;口喙萎缩;下唇须淡黄,向前平伸,长度约和复眼直径相等,第二节密布深褐色鳞片;下颚须扩更多还原

【Abstract】 A new species Scirpophaga Jiumilis sp. nov. has been found from Xiuan-cheng eo-unty of Anhwei Province, China. It is closely allied to 8. xanthopygata Sehawerda in structure of male and female genitalia and can easily be distinguished from the latter species by: (1) The size of new species is much smaller, but larger in the latter. (2) Length of labial palpus equals approximately to diameter of compound eye in male of new species, but about 1.2 times diameter of compound eye in the latter. (3) Frenulum single bristled and luft gulden yellow in female of new species, but double-bristled and anal tuft, pale ochreous yellow in the latter. (4) The aedeagus with two eornuti, the basal one larger stout with tip distinctly bipartited and the upper one slender in new species, but one slender and two stout eornuti present in the latter species,and larger one usually with a, distibetly bifid tip. (5) The duetus bursae of new species broad and stout, but long and narrow in the latter species.Holotype . Xiuan-eheng county, Anhwoj. China. 30. Vll. 1978. J. Huang.
