【摘要】 本文报道了预激综合征并心房颤动12例,对其临床表现,心电图,诊断和鉴别诊断,以及治疗进行了讨论。认为预激综合征并房颤时有突转为心室颤动的危险。治疗以乙胺碘呋酮、普鲁卡因酰胺以及电击复律效果较好;洋地黄缩短旁径不应期,能使心室率加快,有诱发室颤的可能,应列为禁忌。对少数伴发器质性心脏病患者,病情凶险,有各种快速性心律失常交替出现者,复律后宜较长时间心电监护,切勿放松警惕。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports 12 cases of Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome assciated with auricular fibrillation. Its clinical manifestations, electrocardiographic, charaeteristics,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatments have been discussed. We believe that pre-excitation associated with auticular catrial, fibrillation has the risk of turning into ventricular fibrillation all of a sudden. It is found the treatments with Amiodarone. Procainamide or Cardioversion have relatively better effects.Digitalis shortens the refractory period of accessory atrioventricular (AV) pathway, may cause ventricular fibrillation due to increasing ventricu lar rate and is contraindicated. To a few patients with severe cardiopathy and alternate occurrence of various tachyshythmia and arrhythmia.Cardiographic checks should be continued after cardioversion for a certain period of time and nerve overtooked.更多还原
