GCr15钢球化组织加热转变时奥氏体的形成

【摘要】 本文研究了对GCr15钢进行不同工艺处理所获得的球化组织进行加热转变时奥氏体的形成规律,指出α晶界是奥氏体形核的优先位置,作者据此认为可以通过细化球化组织中的α晶粒,来达到细化奥氏体起始晶粒的目的。试验证实了这一点。

【Abstract】 The formation law of austenite transformed from spheroidal structure in GCr15 steel during heating was studied by different heat treatments. It was found that α boundaries are the preferential sites for nucleation of austenite, Authors consider that super- refinement of prior austenite grains can be achieved bv ref ining the α giains in spheroidal structure.
