【摘要】 <正>观察和测定生物促长剂“畜禽促长素”对实验动物大白鼠的长期毒性,采取连续给药的方法(90天),观察对大白鼠的行为、体温,体重以及生理、生化指标的影响;观察对组织器官肉眼及组织学变化;观察“畜禽促长素”对动物的安全性及可能产生的毒性和不良反应。探索该生物促长剂的正常用量(液体剂型0.1—0.2ml/kg体重/日)对动物的促长作用,以及常用量的20倍量和40倍量对实验动物的主要影响,为判定其促长作用和可能出现的毒性反应提供客观依据。对其安全性和可用性给予客观的评价。为现场作为促长剂、增蛋素使用提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The long-term poisonousaess of the Biological Growth promoter "The Animal-Bird Promotive Hormone" to the white rats was observed and determined. Using the way of administering medicine to the rats for 90 days to observe the white rats’ indexes of the behavior, temperature, weight, physiology and biochemistry, then judge the poisonousness which might be produced by "The Animal-Bird Promotive Hormone’’, This growth promoter had a better promoting function, and there was no had effect on both physiological and biochemical indexes.
