【Abstract】 Spleen cells from the C3H/HeN mice immunized by vaccinia virus antigen were fused with myelome cells of SP 2/0. Ten hybridoma cell strains were set up,whieh were capable cf secreting the monoclonal antibedy against the vaccinia virus. They were all well purified, highly specific, active in the hemagglubunatien inhibition reaction and classific, as IgG2a or IgG3 in terms of Ig classification, In this paper, the distribution of virus-antigen in the cells and the cell surface infected by vaccinia virus were also assayed by the monoclonal antibody against vaccinia virus.更多还原
