【Abstract】 This paper reports 14 cases of hermaphroditism. Among them there are three male pseudo hermaphroditism with hypospadias, four testicular feminization, one pure gonodal dysgenasis,four female pseudo hermaphroditism with clitolism and two true hermaphroditism. There were exogenital disturbance in all patients. Chromosome examinations were done, karyotype of 4 cases were 46, XX, 9 cases46, XY and one case was 46, XX/XY. Thirteen patients were treated with operation. Two of them accept the operation tochange social sex. Eight patients got married after operation. Sexual life are satisfactory. One patient with, female pseudo hermaphroditism gave birth a baby.更多还原
