【摘要】 以ECG中的ST段和心阻抗微分图中的Q-Z间期、x-k间期和a′波为指标,观察给狗静脉注射垂体后叶素和阻断冠脉造成的急性心肌缺血,以及心得安、亚硝酸异戊酯和异搏定对两种心肌缺血的影响。结果提示x—k间期和a′波是反应心功能的灵敏指标;心得安加重冠脉痉挛性心肌缺血,减轻冠脉便塞性心肌缺血;亚硝酸异戊酯和异搏定对两种心肌缺血均有缓解作用,后者更适用于以心舒性能受损为主的早期心肌缺血。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute myocardial ischemia resulted from injecting Pit in 15 dogs and blocking left anterior descending branch of coronary artery in another 15 dogs. The effect of PPL, AN and VP on the cardiac performance were investigated with S-T segment in ECG, Q-Z time interval, x-k time interval and a’ wave in impedance cardiogram. The results were summarized as follows:l, the x-k time interval and at wave in second deriative impedance cardiogram are sensitive and trustworthy indices for cardial peformance; 2. PPL can aggravate the myoeardiace ischmia from injecting Pit but can ameliorate the myocardiac isehemia with no serious decrease of cardiac systolic and diastolic performance from blocking coronary artery; 3. AN and VP can ameliorate two kinds of myocardialischcmia from injecting Pit and blocking coronary artery.更多还原
