【摘要】 近年来由于低芥酸油菜的大面积种植,很需要一个简易、快速、准确地测定芥酸含量的方法,因此、我们研究发展了《菜籽(油)芥酸快速检测技术》,并在遵义高坪应用于千亩低芥酸油菜籽的检测收购。实践证明:①区分芥酸含量小于2％的样品时,其种用合格率达100％,区分芥酸含量小于5％的样品时,准确度达到99.59％。②样品较多时,平均每个样品最快的分析时间为1.25分钟。③分析费用:每个样品的材料费为8分钱。更多还原

【Abstract】 A simple, rapid and exact method of detecting erucic acid containing is quite being necessitated because rapeseed of low erucic acid has recently been planted at wide area, so we study and develop the Technique of Rapid Determination for Erucic Acid in Rapeseed or Rape Oil and applg to purchase rapeseed of low erucic acid about 1000 mu at Kaoping in TsunyiIt has been shawn by practice that (A)when we distinguish the rapeseed whose erucic acid containing is less than 2%, "the certificated rate is 100% and distinguish the rapeseed whose erucic acid containing is less than 5%, the degree of accuracy is 99.59%, (B) when there are many samples, the fastest average analytic time of each is 1.25 minute, (C) analytic cost:the meterial cost is $ 0.08 for each sample.更多还原
