平炉喷氧的试验研究及氧枪改进的探讨

【摘要】 介绍了平炉喷氧试验的物理模型的建立和实验方法,研究了枪位高低、喷枪孔径大小、氧枪数量、氧流量等四个因素对熔池搅拌和穿透深度的影响。根据试验结果,与现场实际使用情况进行了对比分析,并对氧枪的改进进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The physical model and experimental method of oxygen blowing in open-hearth are described.The influence of lance position,nozzle diameter,lance number and oxygen flow rate on the bathstirring and penetration depth were studied.The experimental results are compared with the resultsobtained in site and the proposals for lance modification are discussed.
