【摘要】 <正>在完成一项多因素的复杂工程,往往包含着许许多多的子工程或部份作业,如何对整个工程进行系统地编排、控制、决策,使之既有条理性以便于控制又能在一定条件限制下发挥,挖掘内部的最大潜力,做到既节省时间又经济上合算,目前在国内外较普遍应用的网络方法有“PERT”(Program Evaluation and Review Technique)即“计划评审技术”和“CPM”(Csitical Path Method)即“关键路线法”网络方法,这两种方法均起源于美国的五十年代末期,它们的共同点都是以网络图来表示计划的实施过程,而且都是以时间最长的“关键路线”重点予以管理。不同之处是PERT网络方法仅注意时间,没有进行成本核算,更多还原

【Abstract】 The main purpose of this paper is to present a method to decide an Qp-timump lanned time for fulfiling an engineering system by introducing the critical ratio formule as stated in the decision theory and by using the "PERT"networks techniqe in a combined way, in which both the time and cost are taken into account in making a decision with time best saved and economy benifited.更多还原
