氢气区熔硅单晶中的新红外吸收谱峰

【摘要】 在氢气区熔硅单晶中观测到一个2688cm-1的新Si-H红外吸收峰.该谱峰不能由文献[2]、[4]提的模型来解释.

【Abstract】 A 2688 cm-1 infrared absorption band is observed in FZ silicon grown in hydrogen.This new band can not be explained by the models described in references [4] and [2].
