不同病毒两次治疗S180腹水瘤小鼠的初步研究

【摘要】 不同病毒两次治疗,可使80％以上的S180腹水瘤小鼠存活,远较一种病毒一次治疗和同种病毒两次治疗的效果为高,未经治疗的患鼠则全部死亡。作者对两次治疗的最佳间隔时间及其疗效机理做了研究和讨论。

【Abstract】 A remarkable increase in curative effect has been found in twice treatment for S180 ascitic mice after using two different virus strains in a suitable time interval in comparison with one single virus treatment. The survival rate after 3 months’ observation in 3 experiments of mice treated with NDV-PR8 strains and in two experiments treated with Sindbis-PR8 strains was about 30% higher than those treated with one single virus. Besides, the survival rate in 4 experiments treated with the same virus twice in a 4-7 days interval was lower than those treated with one single virus.
