火花源质谱法分析绝缘晶体

【摘要】 本文提出了用火花源质谱仪测定人工晶体中杂质元素的一种新方法。其优点是不易引入环境和试剂沾污,灵敏度较高,样品电极与对电极的离子流强度比稳定。将晶体切成直径5毫米、厚0.3毫米的园片直接装入“T”型电极端面凹槽中,与高纯铝对电极在高电压下击穿打火。做了对电极选择,击穿条件、离子流强度比及重现性等一系列条件实验,并用合成参考样品进行了定量分析方法研究。本方法对各种晶体样品皆可进行半定量分析,若有类似被测样品成分的晶体标样即可进行定量分析。

【Abstract】 In this paper a new method for analysis of impurity element in artificalinsulating crystals with spark source mass spectrometry has been proposed.The crystal is cut into a piece of diameter 5mm and thickness 0.3mm with aslicer, and it is put in the trought terminal of "T" type electrode. The "T"type electrode with crystal piece is sparked against counter-electrode of highpure aluninium by high voltage breakdown. The suitable breakdown conditionhas been selected. The method has the advantages of less contamination,higher sensitivity and stable-ratio of ion current intensity between sampleand counter electrode. A procedure for quantitative analysis of syntheticreference samples is studied. Some artifical crystals have been analysed.
