新疆阿勒泰地区大赖草的考察和初步研究

【摘要】 <正> 大赖草又名巨大滨草、巨野麦Leymus racemous(Lam.)Tzvelev[Leymus giga-nteus(Vahl.)Pilg,Elymus racemosus Lain.Elymus giganteus Vahl.],是一种小麦和大麦的近缘植物,也是良好的牲畜饲料和固沙植物。大赖草属于禾本科小麦族大麦亚族。因具有穗大、多花、秆强的特点,早在数十年前便已引起小麦育种者的注意。1958年齐津将大赖草与不同的小麦种杂交,获得了硬粒小麦、波斯小麦、密穗小麦、普通小麦与大赖草的杂交种子,但杂种种子未能萌发,虽经胚培养

【Abstract】 According to results of exploration and study, Leymus racemosus (Lam.) Tzvelev from Altai of Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region was identified to be a tetraploidy species with 28 chromosomes, and was distributed on the semi-anchory dunes along the Erqis River Valley. Its geographical distributions and characteritics are given in the paper and some suggestions are made for its utilization.
