【摘要】 浙江省寄生甘薯(Ipomoea batatas)块根及根围土壤的植物线虫有钩状滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides hamatus);河谷根腐线虫(Pratylenchus convallariae);普通根腐线虫(P.penetrans);伤痕根腐线虫(P.vulnus);玉米根腐线虫(P.zeae)5个种。上述线虫均为浙江首次报道,虫体根据de Man公式作了测量,同时对线虫的主要特征及某些生物学亦作了记述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The samples of parasitic nematodes on sweet potatoes or in the soil at rhizosphere of them were collected in Zhejiang Province. Identification of isolated nematodes indicated that there had existed five species which belong to two different genera, i. e., Aphelenchoides hamanus, Pratylenchs conv-allariac, P. penetrans, P. vulnus, P. zeae. All of these nematodes herein reported,so far as we know are for the first time recorded in Zhejiang Province. Measurements of the isolates were made by the de Man’s method, and their structure and biological characters were presented.更多还原
