【Abstract】 In this report, thirty three couples who had two or more consecutive abor tions were studied, and five chromo some abnormalities were found. The abnormal karyotypes were 46, XX, t(4; 6) (q35; q21) , 46, XX, t(2; 3)(q33; p25 ) , 46, XX, inv (7) (q22 q36) , 46, XX, 15p~+, 46,XX/47, XXX (1/152).It was shown that the chromosome abnormalities were the important cause of the habitual abortions. The average incidence of chromosome aberration is 4.90% in the literatures and 7.58% in this report.Balanced chromosomal transloca tions are frequent found in couples who had habitual abortions. The average incidence is 3.89% in literature and 3.03% in this report. Besides translo cations, there are some other chromo some aberrations, such as inversion, sex chromosome abnormality and so on.There are more chromosome abnor malities in wives than in husbands, in this report all chromosome abnorma lities were found in wives.更多还原
