【摘要】 本文作者测定了244例健康人的血清α1—抗胰蛋白酶活性,平均值力135.1mg%,其中发现2例属Piss型,7例属PiMZ型。同时测定了矽肺病人的血清α1—抗胰蛋白酶活性,健康人与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期矽肺的α1—抗胰蛋白酶活性比较在统计学上有显著性差异,以Ⅱ期矽肺的活性最高。实验性矽肺大鼠血清α1—抗胰蛋白酶活性的特点为:染尘后10天已有增高,1～2个月其活性达高峰,此时的病理分级为Ⅱ～Ⅲ级,三个月以后活性降低,这与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期矽肺病人的α1—抗胰蛋白酶增高是一致的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports enzyme activities in α₁-antitrypsin determined in 244 healthy people, the mean value being 135.1 mg%, and two of them were of piss type, seven of pimz type. Enzyme activities in α₁-antitrypsin in silicotic patients were also determined. A Comparison between enzyme activities in α₁-antitrypsin in healthy people and silicotic patients of category 1 and category 2 showed statistically significant difference. The activities in silicotic patients of category 2 were the highest. The changes in enzyme activities in serum α₁-antitrypsin of experimental silicotic rats were characterized by the increase in the activities 10 days after intratracheal’administration of dust to rats, and the maximal increase 1-2 months after administration,the silicotic pathology being classified as grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ. 3 months after administration the activities were decreased.
