矫正型大血管转位——右房经路手术处理並发的室间隔缺损、肺动脉瓣狭窄及房间隔缺损

【摘要】 三例矫正型大血管转位合并室缺、房缺和肺动脉瓣狭窄病人进行了手术治疗。在体外循环下,经右心房闭合室缺、房缺和肺动脉瓣切开术。其中两例为Cardells 3型(S.L.L),一例为1型(S.D.L)。一例术后死于Ⅲ°传导阻滞,两例治愈。本文并讨论了本病的分型、解剖及并发缺损的手术治疗。

【Abstract】 3 male patients with C-TAG and associated VSD. ASD. PS. was operated.Simultaneous transtria VSD. ASD. closure and pulmonary valvulotomy wasperformed with the aid of extracorporeal circulation. The cardiovascular ano-malies of 2 patients was type of cardell’s 3. (S. L. L. ), the other was Carde-ll’s 1. (S. D. L. ). 1 patient of Cardell’s 3.died after operation caused by Ⅲ°A-Vblock.2 surviving cases, results were excellent.This report also discussed theclassification, anatomy, and surgical approach of associated malformation inC-TAG.
