家兔无菌性炎症的致热效应与环核苷酸反应

【摘要】 实验前给家兔背部做一手术使皮下形成长方形不漏气的致密带。两周后向背部皮下注入空气造成气腔,然后向腔内注入巴豆油,诱发无菌性炎症。致炎后第一天动物体温上升达高峰,以后逐渐回降。在致炎前和致炎后第一天分别经耳缘静脉采血,并经小脑延髓池抽取脑脊液,用蛋白结合法测定血浆和脑脊液中cAMP、cGMP含量。结果表明致炎后第一天血浆和脑脊液中cAMP含量均比致炎前明显升高,而脑脊液中cGMP含量变化不明显,血浆cGMP含量却有下降趋势但无显著意义。作者推论cAMP可能是参与无菌性炎症性发热的中枢介质。

【Abstract】 Before experimentation the back of rabbits was opetated to make subcutaneous tissues to form an airtight dense band rectangle in shape. After two weeks air was injected into the back of rabbits to form air sacs, then croton oil was introduced to induce an aseptic inflammatory granuloma pouch. The body temperature rose to a peak promptly within 24 hours, and then decreased gradually. Before and one day after induction of aseptic inflammation, blood and cerebrospinal fluid samples were taken for determining cAMP and cGMP levels with protein binding method. The results showed that the first day after inducing inflammation the cAMP concentration in blood and cerebrospinal fluid increased significantly while the increase in cGMP concentration in cerebrospinal fluid, was insignificant. There was a decline tendency in blood cGMP concentration without statistical significance. The authors infer that cAMP may be the CNS mediator in aseptic inflammatory fever.
