【Abstract】 A new technique of recording monophasic action potentials(MAP)from humanor animal heart in situ by using a contact electrode without the suction electrode isintroduced in this article.This method can be used in the clinic or experimentalcardiac electrophysiological study,such as for cardiac ischemia,arrhythmia and theeffects of some drugs etc.The design of contact electrode,the recording procedure,the charaterization and the method of MAP measurement,the applied value,the sta-bility of MAP recording and the probable mechanism of MAP were illustrated brieflyin the review.更多还原
