【Abstract】 Since 1976,31 cases of acute leukemia had been treated with chemotherapeuticdrugs given directly into the bone marrow.Among them,23 cases with ANLL weretreated with HVEAMP regimen,complete remission rate was 83.87% (19/23).Eightpatients with ALL were treated with HVEMMP regimen,with a complete remissionrate of 87.5% (7/8).Pain of bone and soft tissues due to infiltration of leukemiacells was relieved after 2～4 hours of therapy.After the treatment,shrinking of theenlarged spleen,and subsidence of fever were conspicuous,especially in CML.Theauthors considered that this method of administration of chemotherapeutic drugs wasgood for patients of decreased WBC in PB and associated with hyperplasia of BM.Because of its safety,efficacy,high complete remission rate and minor side-effects,intra-marrow chemotherapy is worth to try.更多还原
