【摘要】 本文测定了100种法定西药在13个色谱系统(6个薄层色谱,4个气相色谱,3个高效液相色谱)中的保留值。以欧氏距离做为色谱组合优化的依据,借助电子计算机ND-500,从中选出能鉴定100种西药的组合色谱。从715个四维组合里选出1个组合;从1287个五维组合选出12个组合;从1716个六维组合里选出63个组合;从1716个七维组合里选出170个组合。结果表明,本法简便易行,适合从多个保留值表示方法不同的色谱系统中优选组合色谱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chromatographic retention data of 100 official drugs have been measured with thirteen different chromatographic system, in which six are TLC systems, four are GC and three are HPLC systems, The proposed method of combinatorial optimization of several chromatographic systems may be called Euclidean-distance method.It has been shown to be easy to use and effective in screening a large number of combinations with the assist from a computer, ND-500.
