【摘要】 中药天花粉蛋白是从葫芦科植物栝楼(Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim)的新鲜根中提取的一种植物蛋白。我们应用这种蛋白毒对乳牛产后胎衣不下进行了安全试验、预防试验和治疗试验。初步证实天花粉蛋白对乳牛是安全的;在预防乳牛产后胎衣不下方面,能使胎衣滞留明显减少(P<0.05);在治疗乳牛胎衣不下方面,观察到子宫内环境净化时间缩短1—3天,从而可提早正常发情,并提高了一次性的受胎率18.5%,对提高繁殖率起到了积极作用。在治疗过程中,从组织切片观察到天花粉蛋白能促使乳牛的胎盘绒毛变性坏死现象,其作用的时间比较缓慢。更多还原

【Abstract】 protein of Trichosanthes Kiriowii maxim of Chinese medicinal herb is a plant pr- otein extracted from the fresh root of chinese Trichosanthes.we have carried out the experiments in safety,prevention and the rapeutic to the dairy cattle of postpartum with the protein.The results have indicated that the protein is safe fo the dairy cattle. It can shorten the retention time of afterbrith,(p<0.05).and the time of prification in uterus.In addition,the protein can promote the time of normal oestrus of dairy cat, tle,thus raising the conception rate by one time to 18.5%。更多还原
