【摘要】 作者利用自动记录同心园筒式旋转粘度计,研究了石英粉—水玻璃涂料的流变性,证明这种涂料基本上是带有屈服值的胀塑性流体。本文分析了水玻璃模数、比重,粉料粒度,悬浮剂、表面活性剂,涂料的搅拌回性与温度等因素对流变性的影响。讨论了流变性与型壳表面质量的关系,指出了获得理想流变曲线与流变参数(实际表观粘度η_ta、屈服值τ_y 及流型指数 n)的控制方法更多还原

【Abstract】 The rheological curve of the slurry of quartze powder sodium silicate has been studied by using automatic record concentric cylinder rotational viscometer.Result of experiments indicates that this slurry is a dilatant plastic flow With the yield value.In this article,the influence of following parametersion the rheological properties has been analyzed.These parame- tersare as fallows:ratio,specific weight of sodium silicate,type and grain distribution of pulverous material,suspension agents,surface active agents,stirring and ageing of slurry etc.The relation between the rheolo- gical properties and surface quality of sheel molding is also discussed.Some control measures of ideal rheological curve and parameters (real apparent viscosity,yield value and exponetical of flow model)are given in this paper.更多还原
