【摘要】 <正> 阿霉素(Adriamycin)是广谱抗癌药物,特别是对多种晚期癌病的症状缓解,有显著效果。但也存在严重的剂量限制性心肌毒性,据欧美国家大规模临床统计,药物引起心脏毒性的死亡率是1.7～2.2%,如果一般累积剂量在500mg/M~2以下,很少出现充血性心力衰竭,发生率不到1.0%。因此开展临床血药浓度监测,取得病人个体化药代动力学参数,是提高治疗效果,保证安全的重要方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adriamycin is a broad spectrum anticarcinogenic drug.But it has serioustoxicity to cardiac muscle,with severity related to dosage.This article reportsthe determination of the concentration of adriamycin in blood by polyamidechromatography fluorimetry.It was found in preliminary experiment that thefluorescence intensity of the Al³⁺ chelating compound of adriamycin was tentimes that of adriamycin itself.Using small column polyamide chromagraphyfor isolating adriamycin from plasma,we successfully developed a rapid,reliable method for determination of adriamycin in blood with good recoveryrate（99.6%）.A simple method is thus provided for the clinical monitoringof the concentration of adriamycin and is pharmacodynamic study in blood.更多还原
