海南岛5例HbH病α-珠蛋白基因分析

【摘要】 本文报告采用限制性内切酶和(?)—、(?)—珠蛋白基因探针杂交分析技术,分析海南岛五例HbH病人的(?)—珠蛋白基因结构。结果证明4例属于非缺失型与(?)—地贫1双重杂合子,1例为左侧缺失型(?)—地贫2与(?)—地贫1双重杂合子。

【Abstract】 Utilizing the methods of restriction endonuciease mapping with BamHI, EcoRlsnd BglII and blotting hybri dization which were carried out with ∝-and ∝-tpecific probes in 5 HbH patients in Hainan Island. The results showed that ahe gene physical maps of 4 cases were alike with the normal, but the numberof ∝-globin genes were reduced to half the normal,they were double heterozy-gotes of nondeletion genotype and ∝-thai 1 genotype ( ) . The genephysical maps of the other case was not alike with the normal, he was a doubleheterozygote of leftward deletion ∝-thai 2 and ∝-thai 1 genotype( ).It seems that the percentage of nondeletion HbH may be higher in Hainan Island it is necessary to perform more survey for further identification.
